This year we would like to offer you an opportunity to place an ad in our event program. These ads will appear in the event program only, they will not appear on the website. Our sponsors will have a separate special mention area in the program.

We have four ad sizes to choose from:

• Back Cover     $100.00 – Full Page size
• Inside Front Cover      $50.00 – Full Page size
• Inside Back Cover      $50.00 – Full Page size

Art Specifications

• All images will print in black and white. There are no color pages in the event program.
• Press Optimized PDFs are preferred. Please convert all colors to grayscale. Application files will be accepted as long as all Type 1 fonts (True Type fonts are not acceptable),
  High resolution images (300 dpi) are included, and all colors are converted to CMYK. No registration marks or page information should be included on application files.
  
• Digital Requirements: Mac or PC Format—Quark 5, InDesign CS2 or CS3: Be sure to include all fonts and all images on a disk. COLOR PAPER PROOF MUST BE PROVIDED or we cannot accept responsibility for color inconsistencies.
  
• All live text or images should be at least 1/4” from the edge.

We can typeset an ad for you. Please send us a high-resolution image (300 dpi) of your logo and a few lines of text to accompany your ad. There is no additional charge for typesetting.

The deadline for submitting artwork is
February 12, 2010.

Please make your check or money order payable to Reenactors Rock, Inc. and send both the event program advertising form and your payment to: Reenactor Appreciation Weekend, P.O. Box 4471, Gettysburg, PA 17325. If your art work is smaller than 3MB, please zip you files and submit it to info@reenactorsrock.com. You may mail a CD to the above P.O. box.
