Event Registration
We may need to make some changes in the event for 2011 and we would love to get your opinion about those changes. If you are interested in sharing your thoughts with us, please take a moment to take our brief survey when you receive your confirmation email.

Walk-on registrations are possible if you attend one of the Welcome Receptions on Friday Night or Saturday Morning. See the Event Schedule for more information about the Welcome Receptions.
The Ladies Tea is SOLD OUT!
There are NO seats available for the Ladies Tea
unless we receive a cancellation.
Please note: The Freedom Transit Trolley will NOT be available during the evening of the event; negotiations fell through.

Reenactor Registration
Thank you for your interest in the 5th annual Reenactor Appreciation weekend and registering for the weekends events. Seating is limited and available on a first-come basis for the main events: WWII Big Band Dance, Ladies Tea, Cigars and Brandy, and the Victorian Grand Ball. Your free admission to the weekend’s events is your period attire and event token.
I know that many of you have been wondering why the registration link has not worked and I will confess that we have been hesitant to open registration because we have not reached our sponsorship goals this year. We are still about $300 short of our needs but are willing to taking the chance and still hold the event. There are three major changes this year from last so please read these below BEFORE sending your registration email.
- Please be aware that if we cannot reach the remaining cash goal that we still may have to cancel the Victorian Grand ball on Saturday night. I know it is a big disappointment, but if we cannot pay the band or the callers, we cannot have a dance.
- If you plan to attend the Ladies Tea in 2010 there will be a fully refundable reservation fee of $8.00 to hold your seat. Checks must be post-dated by February 24, 2010. Make checks payable to: Reencators Rock, Inc. and mail to: PO Box 4471, Gettysburg, PA 17325.
Please understand that we have had to make this change to ensure a more accurate count of participants in order to keep ourselves from over-budgeting the costs Tea. We have only about 80 seats available this year and we will email a reservation voucher for each paid seat. Each person will receive a full refund when they arrive at the Tea on Saturday so remember to bring your reservation voucher with you when you come to the Tea. If you sign-up for the tea as a walk-on at the Welcome Reception, it will still be necessary for us to hold the reservation fee until the time of the tea if seats are still available, please make certain you obtain a voucher for your reservation.
Note: The reservation fee is only refundable if you attend the Ladies Tea on Saturday, March 6, 2010. No refunds will be given at any other time. Refunds are for admission to the Tea only. If you do not attend the Tea you are ineligible for a refund.
- I know we had these wonderful wooden tokens last year, but these will not be available this year. We will have a paper event pass available at the Welcome Registrations for you to pick up.
Please send us an e-mail with the following information for each individual who plans to attend:
- Your name, street address, city, state, zip, and e-mail (you can group those living at the same address)
- Event(s) of interest (WWII Dance, Ladies Tea, Cigars and Brandy, and Grand Ball)
- Group or Unit you are affiliated with
You may pick up your event pass at one of the Welcome Receptions Friday evening or Saturday morning at the Wyndham. This pass is your admission into each of the main events you have signed up for. If you choose not to register, please attend one of the welcome receptions to sign-up for events as a “walk-on” and receive your pass.

Walk-on forms will be available at the Welcome Receptions on Friday evening and Saturday morning. Be sure to stop by, sign-up for the weekend and receive your event token. This token is your reserved ticket into each of the main events you sign up for.
